Every rental starts with a quotation request. Nothing is booked automatically: Kafeero Motors reviews your trip and calls you to agree the details.
How hiring works
Step 1: Choose a vehicle and share your trip
Pick a vehicle, or ask for help choosing. Add your dates, pickup location, destination and number of passengers.
Step 2: Send your request on WhatsApp
Your trip details are prepared as a message for you to send. You can also call.
Step 3: Get a call to confirm
Kafeero Motors checks availability and calls you. Your booking is confirmed once you agree on price and terms.
What to include in your request
The quotation form asks for each of these.
- The vehicle you would like, or ask for help choosing
- Self-drive or with a driver
- Pickup and return dates and times
- Where you will pick up the vehicle
- Your destination or travel area
- The number of passengers
- Your name and phone number
Confirmed before you book
When Kafeero Motors calls you, you agree on:
- Whether the vehicle is available for your dates
- The price for your trip
- Whether self-drive, a driver, or both are available for that vehicle
- The requirements and terms that apply to your rental
Your booking is confirmed only after you agree on availability, price and terms. Opening WhatsApp or sending a message does not reserve a vehicle.
Drive yourself, or hire a driver
Self-drive
Collect the vehicle and travel on your own schedule. The requirements for self-drive hire are shared before your booking is confirmed.
With a driver
A driver handles the road, whether it is a busy day in town, a long journey or an occasion.
Not every option is offered for every vehicle. Choose your preference in the request.
